The Pathways to Alternative Learning and Education (PALE)
In keeping with our focus on expanding opportunities for girls education and leadership, our PALE school is an-all girls program, with plans to expand to serve boys in 2019. 100% of our PALE students are socio-economically disadvantaged, and represent a variety of different ethnic groups and religions. In addition to our world-class curriculum, and daily play and nutrition programs, a robust after-school program with supplemental art, literacy, technology and reproductive health programs, as well as monthly exchange and exposure programs enrich the education of our PALE students. With a student teacher ratio of 20:1, our first class of PALE students are bright, driven and enthusiastic. As we continue to grow and expand, we plan to reach our full capacity of 160 students by 2022. With a high-quality education, our PALE students are the future leaders of their community, their country, and the world.
